Liposuction and liposculpture are among the most requested procedures by patients, requiring significant skill and meticulous care.
For us, the most important goal is achieving harmony in our patients’ bodies by maintaining balanced proportions between the back, waist, hips, buttocks, and legs, all within the standards of aesthetic beauty.
An overly defined waist or disproportionately large buttocks compared to the thighs can disrupt this harmony, not by defect but by excess, resulting in exaggerated, unnatural-looking body shapes.
Our goal is to create this balance by removing the necessary amount of fat from various areas of the body through a design tailored to each individual patient. In liposuction or liposculpture, the design is the most critical aspect and must be planned based on the patient’s body proportions prior to surgery.
Techniques for Precision and Natural Results
To achieve these goals, we use small-diameter liposuction cannulas (2–3 mm), allowing us to perform the surgery through small incisions. This technique helps remove fat in layers, preventing irregularities or depressions in the skin.
For buttock enhancement, we utilize a micrografting technique, where small amounts of fat are injected with thin cannulas. Before injection, the fat is prepared through decantation and fragmentation, improving its survival rate.
The gluteal design prioritizes shape over volume, creating enhancement that aligns with the patient’s waist and leg proportions, avoiding exaggerated or unnatural forms.
Minimizing Risk and Enhancing Recovery
Another key aspect of our technique is minimizing bleeding during surgery to reduce the risk of complications and accelerate recovery. Most patients feel significantly better the next day, experience minimal pain, and can walk and perform basic activities independently.
We use epidural anesthesia with sedation, which promotes faster recovery, less immediate postoperative pain, and avoids the risks and trauma associated with general anesthesia.
Postoperative Care and Results
This procedure requires postoperative massages (a minimum of 10 sessions) and the use of a compression garment for 24 hours a day for the first two months, and for 12 hours a day during the third month. While initial recovery is quick, results become noticeable after 15 days and are fully achieved by the end of the three-month period.
